Terms of service
Website and engagement information. Updated 18 October 2026.
Proposals and agreements
Website content describes our services and starting offers. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. A signed project agreement identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule and applicable terms. The signed agreement takes priority over general website information.
Scope and pricing
Project fees, scope, timeline and payment milestones are set out in your individual proposal. The written proposal takes precedence over general website descriptions. A focused web release: one primary user workflow, up to five key screens, authentication and one standard third-party integration. Design, development, testing and deployment handover are included. The signed scope confirms the final deliverables and price.
Payment and changes
Discovery conversations are free. After written scope approval, 50% of the project fee is due to reserve the project; the remaining 50% is due at the agreed acceptance milestone before production handover. Additional work requires a written change approval covering the fee and any schedule impact. Your signed agreement describes cancellation, refunds, delays and acceptance procedures.
Delivery, ownership and handover
We work in two-week delivery cycles and agree the overall project timeline in the proposal. Timelines depend on timely access, content and decisions from the client. We build in your repository and cloud accounts. Your agreement documents intellectual property rights, payment conditions and handover. Third-party software retains its own licensing terms. Portfolio concepts on this website are illustrative work, not claims of paid client engagements.
Launch warranty and optional care
Support is optional and quoted for each product. Your proposal defines the services, coverage, response expectations, fees and renewal terms. Hosting usage, third-party fees and work outside that scope are agreed separately.
Responsible use and project-specific terms
Do not use this website to submit unlawful content, spam or information you are not authorised to share. Performance, capacity and security targets are specified and tested in the context of each engagement; general website descriptions are not unconditional guarantees. Confidentiality, data processing, liability, dispute resolution and governing law are addressed in the signed project agreement.
