How is ongoing support scoped?

When do I pay?

Who owns the code?
You do, from the very first commit.
Everything lives in your own GitHub organisation and cloud accounts. There is no lock-in, no licence fee and no hostage-taking — if you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
We also hand over documentation so any engineer can pick up where we left off.
